Commercial and industrial are different markets
A Commercial Director for a global beverage brand and a Plant Manager for a consumer-goods site share an industry and nothing else. The first is a distribution and key-account hire, the second is an operations and safety hire, and the candidate pools do not overlap.
Regional structures
Most CEE commercial leadership roles now carry multi-country scope. That changes the language requirement, the travel expectation and the compensation structure, and it narrows the market considerably more than clients expect.
