The brief
A 450-employee production site with strong volumes and weak OEE. The Plant Manager owns the full site: production, maintenance, quality, EHS and the union relationship, reporting to the European Operations Director.
What you will own
- Own full site P&L and performance for 450 employees
- Lift OEE from 61% to the group benchmark of 75%
- Lead the site through an ISO 45001 recertification
- Rebuild the shift-leader layer — high attrition at supervisory level
What we are screening for
- Plant leadership in FMCG, food or fast-moving manufacturing
- Demonstrated OEE or productivity turnaround with numbers attached
- Lean/Six Sigma practitioner, not just certified
- Fluent Bulgarian and English
