The brief
A global beverage brand restructuring its CEE commercial organisation. The Commercial Director carries a €180M number across five markets, with modern trade under pressure and a traditional-trade channel that has been under-invested for years.
What you will own
- Own €180M revenue across five CEE markets
- Rebuild the key-account structure with the top four modern-trade chains
- Reset the traditional-trade route-to-market model
- Lead a commercial organisation of 140 people
What we are screening for
- Commercial leadership at €100M+ scale in FMCG or beverage
- Both modern and traditional trade — genuinely, not by association
- CEE market depth, ideally including Romania and Bulgaria
- English fluent; Romanian strongly preferred
