The brief
Post-acquisition stabilisation. The incumbent Finance Director exited at closing; the group needs an experienced interim in place within two weeks to hold reporting together while the permanent search runs in parallel.
What you will own
- Stabilise monthly reporting and cash forecasting immediately
- Complete the opening balance sheet and purchase price allocation
- Hold the audit relationship through a contested year-end
- Hand over cleanly to the permanent hire
What we are screening for
- Interim or fractional finance leadership track record
- Post-acquisition or distressed situations — comfort with ambiguity
- Gulf experience or credible readiness to operate in the UAE
- Available within 14 days
