The brief
A multi-licence operator adding two European markets in the next 12 months needs a compliance leader who can carry both the existing MGA relationship and two new licensing applications simultaneously.
What you will own
- Own MGA and Curaçao compliance across six brands
- Lead two new market licensing applications end to end
- Build the AML/KYC framework to survive a supervisory visit
- Manage the compliance team of five and the external counsel relationship
What we are screening for
- Head of Compliance or deputy inside a licensed gaming operator
- MGA relationship ownership — direct, not through a consultant
- AML/KYC framework design and regulatory reporting
- Fluent English
