The brief
Eighteen-month contract to lead nine transition waves into an established Krakow GBS centre — finance, HR services and procurement, from five European source locations.
What you will own
- Own nine transition waves across three towers over 18 months
- Run knowledge transfer, parallel runs and go-live governance
- Manage stakeholder relationships in five source countries
- Protect service levels through every cutover
What we are screening for
- Led multiple end-to-end GBS/SSC transition waves as accountable owner
- Formal transition methodology — and the discipline to actually use it
- Multi-country stakeholder management under political pressure
- Available within 30 days
