The brief
A PE-backed logistics platform consolidating six acquired entities needs a Group Financial Controller to build a single reporting spine — and to make the numbers credible to a board that currently does not trust them.
What you will own
- Consolidate reporting across six recently acquired entities
- Rebuild the month-end close from 18 days to under 8
- Own audit relationship and the first clean group statutory set
- Support the next two acquisitions with finance due diligence
What we are screening for
- Group consolidation experience across multiple legal entities
- Post-acquisition integration — you have merged ledgers, not read about it
- ACCA/ACA/CPA or equivalent; IFRS depth
- English and Greek to business level
