A multi-brand gaming group with excellent data and almost no usable insight. The Head of Data & Analytics owns the platform, the analysts and the credibility of every number that reaches the executive committee.
What you will own
- Own the data platform, warehouse and BI layer end to end
- Lead a team of 18 across engineering, analytics and data science
- Deliver a single trusted player-value model across four brands
- Make the executive dashboard something the CEO opens unprompted
What we are screening for
- Led data organisations of 15+ across engineering and analytics
- Modern stack depth: warehouse, dbt-style transformation, BI governance
- Consumer or gaming data volumes — millions of events per day
- Fluent English
