The brief
A US-listed industrial group is consolidating four European finance towers into its Sofia SSC. The Head of Finance owns R2R, P2P and O2C for the consolidated entity, reports to the European CFO, and inherits a transition that is 60% complete and behind plan.
What you will own
- Own the consolidated finance service delivery for four European entities
- Complete the remaining transition waves without service degradation
- Rebuild the controllership layer — three direct reports currently open
- Represent finance in the group’s ERP migration steering committee
What we are screening for
- 10+ years in finance leadership, at least 4 inside an SSC/GBS environment
- Demonstrated IFRS and statutory reporting ownership at entity level
- Transition or migration experience — you have carried a wave, not observed one
- Fluent English; Bulgarian useful, not required
