The brief
A tier-1 operator entering the Serbian market wants a Country Manager who has done this before: licence in hand, office empty, first 90 days decide the next three years. Full P&L, direct line to the group COO.
What you will own
- Stand up the local entity — office, licence compliance, first 60 hires
- Own the country P&L against a three-year growth plan
- Build the local leadership team: marketing, ops, compliance, finance
- Represent the brand with the regulator and local partners
What we are screening for
- Country or GM-level P&L ownership inside regulated gaming
- Experience of a market entry, not only a mature operation
- Regulatory fluency — you have sat opposite a gaming authority
- English and Serbian (or Croatian/Bosnian) to business level
