Head of Live Casino Operations

The brief

A B2B live studio running 180 tables across two Sofia sites needs an operations leader who can hold quality at scale — 900 dealers, 24/7 coverage, and a client list that audits obsessively.

What you will own

• Hold game-integrity and quality standards against client audits
• Manage the WFM model — shrinkage, attrition and shift coverage
• Lead the ramp for a third site opening in Q2

What we are screening for

• Live casino or high-volume 24/7 operations leadership
• Managed 500+ operational staff through a scaling phase
• Quality and compliance ownership in a regulated environment
• Fluent English
