The brief
A 6,500-employee industrial group across seven CEE countries is replacing a long-tenured CHRO. Confidential search — the incumbent is in place. Board-level dream job opportunity with a labour-relations dimension that cannot be delegated.
What you will own
- Own the people agenda for 6,500 employees across seven countries
- Lead the works-council and union relationship in three markets
- Deliver the workforce plan behind a two-plant consolidation
- Sit on the regional executive committee, reporting to the Group CEO
What we are screening for
- CHRO or deputy at 3,000+ FTE scale, ideally industrial or manufacturing
- European labour relations depth — works councils, collective agreements
- Restructuring or consolidation experience handled without reputational damage
- Fluent English; a CEE language strongly preferred
