The brief
A global FMCG group is opening a 600-FTE shared service centre in Bucharest covering finance, HR services and procurement for EMEA. Site selection is complete; nothing else is. This is a build, from the lease onward.
What you will own
- Own the site build: legal entity, facility, technology, governance
- Sequence the hiring — leadership first, then 600 specialists over 24 months
- Land the transition waves from four European locations
- Establish the local employer brand in a contested Bucharest market
What we are screening for
- Built or co-built an SSC/GBS site from zero — reference-checkable
- Multi-tower scope: finance plus at least one of HR, procurement, IT
- Transition governance at group level
- English fluent; Romanian strongly preferred
