Challenge

Global companies entering Bulgaria needed entire shared service centres staffed — leadership first, then hundreds of specialists — under sole-supplier pressure.

Ran the Global Accounts BPO & SSC division with full P&L. Built AES, Coca-Cola Enterprise and Ingram Micro SSCs from scratch; a decade as IBM's chosen recruitment partner.
